What is Intuitive Healing?

Intuitive healing is a powerful and transformational process that helps people to connect with their authentic selves and live their lives with purpose and intention. It is based on the belief that we all have an inner wisdom that knows what is best for us and that when we connect with this wisdom, we can heal ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Intuitive healing is not about fixing what is broken or changing who you are. It is about working with what is already there within you – your strengths, gifts, and unique path – and using these to create the life you desire.

The intuitive healing process begins with self-awareness. This means being present at the moment and paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Once you clearly understand where you are at in the present moment, you can begin to connect with your inner wisdom and intuition.

From there, intuitive healing involves four main steps:

  1. Receiving guidance from your intuition – This step involves listening to the whispers of your heart and trusting that you know what is best for you. It may come as a gut feeling, a hunch, or a message from your higher self.
  2. Taking action on this guidance – Once you have received guidance from your intuition, it is important to take action on it. This may mean making changes in your life, such as leaving a job or relationship that isn’t serving you or taking steps toward achieving a dream or goal.
  3. Allowing for healing to take place – In this step, you allow for any blocks or resistance that may be present to dissolve and open yourself up to allowing the healing process to happen. This could involve releasing limiting beliefs, forgiving yourself or others, and letting go of the need to control outcomes.
  4. Integrating your new understanding into life – The last step is about bringing your newfound wisdom into all aspects of your life. This includes living from your truth and embodying it through your thoughts, words, and actions.
