When you are doing these activities, you can also talk to others who are involved in similar activities.

You can ask them questions about the techniques that they used. This is how you will learn. Another way to improve your weaknesses is to work at improving them. You will have to set aside time for this.

You can practice alone or with friends. For example, you might read books on how to improve your golf swing, your tennis game, or other sports skills. You could watch the pros in a video game that simulates real action and work out your own moves. If you are going to take classes, you may want to work with a tutor who can help you understand the material.
