Oman, island country lying off the east shoreline of Asia. It comprises of an extraordinary series of islands in an upper east southwest circular segment that stretches for around 1,500 miles (2,400 km) through the western North Pacific Ocean. Apostille On Educational Documents

Depending on the certificate issued state the process may vary for HRD with Apostille procedure. Certificates issued from the state of Rajasthan and Goa need to have HRD mandatorily. Rest of the certificates we can proceed with SDM Apostille.
Oman Attestation Process 1: -HRD Apostille process can be done on all Educational Certificates except private certificates. Start over with university verification (Document issuance Authority verification) followed by HRD attestation from state secretariat and submitted to Ministry of External Affairs New Delhi for MEA Attestation and Apostilled the certificate.
Oman Attestation Process 2: -SDM Apostille process can take on all educational documents, even on private certificates. Start with Notary public followed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). SDM is independent of the state government, however the verification is considered equal to the state level.

- HRD process Starts with University verification from the respective University and followed by State Human Resource Department for certificate verification from respective State which is the initial stage of attestation.
- After HRD we will submit the documents to MEA-Ministry of External Affairs for verification. MEA verifies its authenticity and attest the document.
- Upon completing MEA procedure will submit the certificate to Apostille for attestation. will have a cross verification on all stamps and signature on the documents and by positive verification MEA attest the documents
- SDM process starts with Notary public attestation from local Notary followed by Sub Divisional magistrate (SDM), after which MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) and finally submit the document to Apostille attestation.
