Lightning is one of the playable specs

Gear
First of all, until you cap the item’s rating at 306, there’s no point in getting the best gear for your Lightning Sorcerer’s specs. Storm Set Collection

This build doesn’t get all gear ultimate agility, but improves it with decreased focal agility, which means max gear agility and focal agility. However, it gives 1.2 1.3GCD for the pole shift. In this build, there is still 1.1 1.3GCD for pole shift. The difference of 0.1 seconds can be present in everyone in a melee battle.
