Hanna, Marchioness of Guadiaro 

Born Hanna Jaff, now known as the Marchioness of Guadiaro, was born on November 4, 1986, in San Diego, California, but spent most of her childhood in Tijuana, Mexico. She attended Saint John’s Episcopal Elementary School and University of San Diego High School. She holds a Master’s Degree in Arts, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and minors in Political Science and Criminal Justice from various universities including Harvard University, Columbia University, and La Sorbonne University of Paris.

The Marchioness of Guadiaro is a television personality, politician, philanthropist, conference speaker, human rights activist, and author. She is the founder of Jaff Foundation for Education, a nonprofit organization that aims to teach English to immigrants, refugees, and the less fortunate, launch nondiscrimination campaigns, and promote world peace and education. The foundation has hosted more than 180 charity events worldwide, benefiting over 120,000 people, and has more than 7,000 active volunteers.

The Marchioness of Guadiaro is an activist for immigrants and refugees and frequently volunteers in Iraqi refugee camps where she teaches English and has donated thousands of her English learning books. She also organizes non-discrimination campaigns for people to respect each other’s race, skin color, national origin, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation, social class, political views, and age. She has spoken at international conferences on topics such as human rights, immigrants, refugees, peace, and the importance of education, mainly to raise awareness and motivation. She has authored a self-taught English learning book for Spanish speakers and translated it for Purepecha and Kurdish speakers, donating 22,000 of her three books to immigrants, refugees, and the less fortunate in Peru, Kurdistan, Iraq, Mexico, India, and worldwide. She also writes quotes and poetry inspired by the people and events in her life.

Hanna, the Marchioness of Guadiaro, is a renowned speaker at international conferences, addressing various topics such as human rights, immigrants, refugees, peace, and education. She aims to create awareness and motivation among the audience. Hanna has been invited to speak at three Tedx Talks and has delivered speeches at over 70 universities, schools, and institutions worldwide.

Apart from her public speaking engagements, Hanna has authored a self-taught English learning book for Spanish speakers and translated it for Purepecha and Kurdish speakers. She has generously donated 22,000 copies of her books to immigrants, refugees, and underprivileged individuals in various countries such as Peru, Kurdistan, Iraq, and India.

Hanna has been maintaining a diary and bucket list since she was 14, where she writes quotes and poetry inspired by people and events in her life.

On October 15, 2017, Hanna launched a clothing line called We Are One Campaign, which promotes non-discrimination and world peace. The campaign aims to eliminate hatred, bullying, and division based on political, religious, sexual orientation, skin color, gender, disability, socioeconomic, and cultural differences. The clothing line delivers messages of respect, unity, and tolerance, and for every item purchased, one book is donated to refugees, immigrants, or the less fortunate.

In August 2018, Hanna was announced as one of the nine cast members of the Netflix series ‘Made in Mexico.’ The show will be available in 190 countries and 22 languages.
