Are Toxins Making You Sick for Men’s Health?

These days, poisons are frequently discussed.  The word is practically overused.  Toxins are what?  Why do they pose such a threat?  Should you be so worried, really? Are toxins making you sick? Diet and environment are at blame for 95% of cancer cases.

The book Tox-Sick:

From Toxic to Not Sick by Suzanne Somers contains this alarming figure from the School of Public Health at Columbia University.  The most forward-thinking medical professionals who routinely (and effectively) treat their patients’ problems by addressing their toxic loads are interviewed by Ms. Somers for the book.  In actuality, it is true that these patients’ bodies need to undergo detoxification before they can recover. It is vital for our health that we are worried about toxins, examine what we put in and on our bodies, and develop self-defense mechanisms against the toxins to which we are constantly exposed.

What are Toxins?

A foreign material that triggers the body’s immunological reaction, which produces antibodies. Toxins are by nature capable of making you ill. It makes sense to avoid consuming, ingesting, breathing, or applying poisons.  Yet we carry it out each day.  Every day, we ingest, ingest, breathe, apply, and apply pollutants.  We are more ill than we realize as a result of them entering our bodies. Furthermore, logically, our government should be enacting legislation that bans these poisons from our planet (or at the very least, our food).  Although this is untrue, you shouldn’t read about politics or business on our site.  Toxins and the ensuing inflammation, according to top medical authorities, are the primary causes of all disease.

Keeping the Gut Safe

The food we eat, the medications we take, and the goods we use are the factors over which we have the most control when it comes to our exposure to toxins.  Your microbiome, a group of organisms that defends your body against diseases, was covered in earlier articles.  Your stomach is where most of this immune system is found. According to research, your stomach functions as a “second brain” and produces serotonin, therefore it is also a vital component of your neurological system.  Your whole health is compromised in ways we are only now learning about when your gut health is compromised. What is certain is that your body’s systems are interconnected, and an overloaded liver is a result of an overloaded stomach. Toxins shouldn’t enter your bloodstream because your liver is supposed to filter them out and your gut is designed to block them.  When your body is inundated with toxins, it stores them in your fat, where they cannot harm your vital organs.  You get obese the more toxic you are.  However, be aware that not all detox programs are created equal before you enroll in one.  You don’t want the poisons your body releases to be reabsorbed because that could make you feel sick.  It is better to detox when using tried-and-true items under medical supervision.

Preventing the Invasion of Toxins

Avoid processed (non) foods;

They include a lot of chemicals and preservatives and are not healthy. It’s probably not food if your grandmother didn’t eat it (and, depending on how old you are, maybe defer to your great-grandmother).

GMOs (genetically modified organisms)

The hype around GMOs is for a good cause. They cause the intestines to become highly inflamed.  Scientists splice bacteria genes into the germs (embryos) of food seeds to create crops resistant to pesticides and weed killers.  The bacteria in the germs produce natural pesticides and herbicides that protect the plants from pests and herbicide residue, which farmers employ to kill weeds and bugs in their crops.  The only issue is that these bacterial genes continue to produce even after we consume the meal.  This throws off the gut’s delicate balance, which has terrible effects on our health.

Avoid taking antibiotics

if you must, take a potent probiotic supplement afterward. Antibiotics destroy both the beneficial and harmful bacteria in your microbiome, disturbing the delicate balance that keeps you healthy.

Final Words

Our hazardous load is frequently increased by chemistry, though. Petrochemical solvents are a specific class of poisons found in the majority of commercial personal care, cosmetics, laundry detergent, and cleaning goods. By definition, these solvents dissolve lipids and can destroy any fatty tissue in your body, including your brain, which is 60% fat, cellular membranes, and the myelin sheath on nerves. You can breathe in these poisons as well as absorb them through your skin, which increases your toxic load and contributes to the issues we’ve been talking about. For more info: nybpost.com
